Erasmus+ Funding for Teachers

Did you know that your professional development course abroad may be eligible for Erasmus+ funding?

Under Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (KA1), eligible schools and educational organisations can receive financial support for staff mobility activities, including structured training courses abroad.

Depending on the approved project and applicable funding rules, Erasmus+ support may contribute towards:

• Course fees
• Travel expenses
• Accommodation and living costs
• Other eligible mobility-related expenses

Important: Erasmus+ grants are managed by eligible sending organisations, such as schools or mobility consortium coordinators. Individual teachers cannot apply directly to ESSC for Erasmus+ funding.
